By making a purchase on wosparts.com website the customer confirms that he/she has read, understands and agrees to comply with the Terms and Conditions without any restrictions.

When making a purchase on our website you agree to the Distance contract of services according to Consumer right protection law, Part № 255 ‘Conditions on distance contracts’ of the current legislation and in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia.

In cases when a customer has no legal or active capacity and has someone acting on his behalf, his legal representative is responsible for order placing and payment. In this instance, an order can not be cancelled and payment cannot be refunded.

During registration on woxparts.com the customer is creating an account which enables the signage of the Distance Contract. The Distance Contract becomes valid after the goods purchased have been paid for.

To ensure that the certain product will precisely match your car, please contact WoxParts before making an order.
WoxParts indicates the availability of every auto part, however can not guarantee this as we do rely on the suppliers of WoxParts spare parts.
Every product has manufacturer's guarantee.
Return form is supplied with every product when making a purchase. In order to use product guarantee, customers need to fill in the above mentioned form and together with the returned Goods deliver it to the WoxParts office during working hours or send a parcel.
In the case the manufacturer will confirm the mismatch between the product itself and the proposed standards WoxParts company will issue a full refund to your original payment method. In the case the manufacturer will provide feedback where the quality of the product matched the proposed quality at the time of the purchase we will feed a well-grounded explanation of the reasons to you.

Price PolicyArrow

All prices on woxparts.com website are in Euros and are VAT inclusive.
Customer pays for the delivery depending on the delivery address. Apart from the cases of the self-delivery, Woxparts will charge a fee depending on the address where the order is received.
Total amount, including product prices and delivery cost (VAT incl.) will be displayed before committing to purchase.
If a customer is a legal entity and is VAT registered, or being an individual or legal person is based outside of the EU, VAT value will be accounted for during the checkout process.
In cases where WoxParts company can not provide accurate delivery costs our manager will inform a customer.
In the case the total price of the order will differ from the price proposed on the woxparts.com website our customer service will get in touch with the customer to inform them about options like cancelling the order or making a new order. If the customer service representative will not be able to contact the customer for various reasons, the order will automatically be cancelled and full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

If one or more goods from the order are unavailable (no longer produced), then part or the full amount of the payment for the order is refunded in accordance with the exchange rate that is current on the day the order was paid, and not on the day the amount was refunded.

Terms of deliveryArrow

Information about delivery times can be found in the product description section of each product.
When making an order, the customer agrees that the bill prepared by WoxParts is valid without both sides signatures.
On customer request, WoxParts company can offer an invoice as a printed version. This can be requested in advance by emailing to: info@woxparts.com.

Cancellation of order and returnsArrow

Customer has the right to withdraw from Distance Contract in several cases:
Order has not been confirmed by our manager
Order has been cancelled by WoxParts manager
Product Customer has ordered is out of stock and Customer is not satisfied with the manufacturing and delivery period.
All other cases would incur in 30% commission from the cancelled order total amount (if changing auto parts from the Other brands section). Original auto parts cannot be returned.
When order is confirmed the customer automatically agrees with these conditions of order cancellation.

RefundsArrow

In the case of any claim or action taken by a third party for breach of conditions, error, breach of warranty, etc., the customer is liable to compensate any damage or loss.

Dispute resolutionArrow

Any disputes occurring between Distance Contract parties during the authorisation process are resolved by mutual negotiations.
Where mutual negotiations do lead to dispute resolution, the customer(consumer) has the right to sue the Latvian Republic court (place of WoxParts company registration) or to go to the customers residence court.
WoxParts group has a right to start a legal process only with EU courts.
The customer has the right to appeal to the Consumer Rights Centre to protect their rights.

General provisionsArrow

By using woxparts.com the customer agrees to the above Terms and Conditions which form the legal basis for the customer and WoxParts company agreement.
WoxParts has the right to update and edit Terms and conditions on this website at any time, making a note of when last changes have taken place. Any amendments are coming into force after those have been published.
By continuing to use the WoxParts website with updated Terms and Conditions the customer agrees to the new terms and conditions.
WoxParts company has the right to withdraw any rights provided by current Terms and Conditions.
Customer agrees to comply with all changes in Terms and Conditions or a withdrawal from their implementation, including cases where use of the website is discontinued.
None of the above mentioned Terms and Conditions form the basis for partnership or any joint mutual agreements between users and WoxParts group.
WoxParts company Terms and Conditions are the property of the company, and apply to every website visitor even without legal confirmation.
