Return form is supplied with every product when making a purchase. In order to use product guarantee, customers need to fill in the above mentioned form and together with the returned Goods deliver it to the WoxParts office during working hours or send a parcel.

All prices on woxparts.com website are in Euros and are VAT inclusive.
Customer pays for the delivery depending on the delivery address. Apart from the cases of the self-delivery, Woxparts will charge a fee depending on the address where the order is received.
Total amount, including product prices and delivery cost (VAT incl.) will be displayed before committing to purchase.
If a customer is a legal entity and is VAT registered, or being an individual or legal person is based outside of the EU, VAT value will be accounted for during the checkout process.
In cases where WoxParts company can not provide accurate delivery costs our manager will inform a customer.
In the case the total price of the order will differ from the price proposed on the woxparts.com website our customer service will get in touch with the customer to inform them about options like cancelling the order or making a new order. If the customer service representative will not be able to contact the customer for various reasons, the order will automatically be cancelled and full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

If one or more goods from the order are unavailable (no longer produced), then part or the full amount of the payment for the order is refunded in accordance with the exchange rate that is current on the day the order was paid, and not on the day the amount was refunded.

When making an order, the customer agrees that the bill prepared by WoxParts is valid without both sides signatures.

Customers have the opportunity to withdraw from a purchase made through the WOXPARTS website within 30 days of receiving the goods without explaining the reason for such a decision. The main condition is to notify us of your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the specified period.

To initiate the return process, it is sufficient to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the transaction, formulating your decision clearly and unequivocally. This can be done by sending an email to [email protected] or by mail to: Acones iela 16, Ulbroka, Stopiņu novads, LV-2130, Latvia. We suggest you use the standard return form attached to each order to facilitate this process.

After you have notified us of your desire to return the product, you must send it back to the WOXPRTS office at the above address within 14 days of your notification. It is important to note that the cost of returning the product falls on the shoulders of the customer. This means that you must pay the cost of sending the product back to us. If the product is sent back before the expiry of the 30-day period, it is considered that the return conditions have been met.

In the event of a withdrawal from the purchase, we commit to refunding all the funds you paid for the product, including the cost of delivery, except for the additional expenses for the delivery method you chose, which was more expensive than standard. The refund will be made without undue delay, no later than 14 days after we learn of your decision to withdraw from the transaction. We will refund the money using the same method of payment used by you, unless you have specified a different method of return. We do not charge an additional fee for the refund, but the refund may be suspended until we receive the returned product.

Remember, the customer is responsible for any deterioration in the condition of the product that occurred for reasons not related to checking its quality, characteristics, and functionality. If it is found upon return that the product has been used, damaged, soiled, or shows signs of use, we may refuse to accept such a product. The returned product must be packed in the original packaging without damage and signs of use.
The client undertakes to compensate, defend, and indemnify WOXPARTS from any damage, losses, costs, or expenses, as well as from paying for attorney's services, arising from any claim, lawsuit, or action by a third party for violation of the Terms and Conditions, any errors in any of the client's statements or warranties, or the client's use of the Website.
If a client has any questions or disputes related to their account on the website or the details of the distance contract, we will try to resolve them by discussing the situation and finding a mutual solution.

WOXPARTS commits to consider all customer inquiries within legally established time frames and to provide them with information on how to achieve satisfaction of their demands or resolve the arising dispute, as well as about possible alternative ways of resolving the issue.

In the event that a solution cannot be found through dialogue, the client has the right to appeal to the court of Latvia where WOXPARTS is registered, or to the court of the country of their residence. On its part, WOXPARTS may file a lawsuit against the client only in the court of the country where the client is a resident.

With these Terms and Conditions, WOXPARTS in no way limits the right of the client to seek protection of their consumer rights from the Consumer Rights Protection Centre.
By using woxparts.com the customer agrees to the above Terms and Conditions which form the legal basis for the customer and WoxParts company agreement.
WoxParts has the right to update and edit Terms and conditions on this website at any time, making a note of when last changes have taken place. Any amendments are coming into force after those have been published.
