Before starting to use the product, it is important to carefully read the terms of its use. As soon as you unpack the item from WoxParts, you automatically accept our sales and return conditions.
- Don't forget to check the packaging for any external damage. If you notice any damage, please inform the transport company upon receiving the item.
- If you find a broken or incomplete item inside the package, please notify WoxParts within 10 working days through your user account and specify the reason for return as damaged or incomplete item.
- Violation of this deadline may result in loss of compensation, as it is related to the conditions of transport insurance and our deadlines for filing claims to the carrier in case of damaged goods. WoxParts offers to check if the ordered part fits your vehicle by chassis number, however, the responsibility for verifying the correctness of the part before installation lies with you as the customer.
Customers have the option to request a return of the item within 30 days of receiving the order. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted. It is important to independently verify the correctness of the chosen part, regardless of the intended period of use.
- WoxParts exclusively sells new parts, which must be returned in the same condition as received.
- We only accept unused and clean products returned in the original packaging or plastic bag with the article number.
- Please refrain from writing on the original box, plastic bag, or the product itself, or using tape.
- If the part shows signs of use or installation that affect its condition, the return will be rejected, and the item may be returned to the customer or disposed of after agreement with the customer.

On the WoxParts website, it is guaranteed that all purchased items come with a manufacturer's warranty. The customer has the right to file a claim for non-compliance of the product within 24 months from the date of delivery.
- To make use of the warranty, you need to log in to your WoxParts account and go to the 'My Returns' section. Fill out the return form, providing all the necessary information.
- If the product needs to be sent to the manufacturer for further investigation, it may take up to 90 days to determine whether the defect is a manufacturing issue. If the error cannot be rectified, the purchase will be canceled, and an order for replacement or refund will be made.
- WoxParts does not cover additional expenses related to incorrect items, orders, installation, or usage, as well as delivery delays.
WoxParts will process accepted returns within five business days after receiving and handling the returned items.
